Frizz often happens when your hair is dry and damaged. Try a better conditioner, or buy some type of oil to apply to your hair. Try drinking more water. I use Paul Mitchell, Skinny Serum, It smells so beautiful. 1 bottle lasts me a year. You don't need a lot, and it costs about 20 dollars. You mentioned that you didn't want any products, so try drinking more water. I know flat irons keep the poof and frizz down.

good luck,

I have the same problem.. Before I blow dry my hair i use this paul mitchell product called " blow out " it helps with frizz, and also helps out with humidty. I also recommend Biosilk, you can buy it at almost any salon / beauty supply and it works great. They make shampoos which really help out with frizz, ive personally used their shampoos but i didnt really care for it, because after a few days i felt like i had TOO much conditioner in my hair. But their silk spray works really good with frizz, but a little bit goes along way.

omg please don't let any one tell you to thin it out of layer it, it will make it worse. I use a blowdryer with a pick attachment on the end to dry mine it helps to smooth it out so i dont have to flat iron it so much. keeping it long with very few layers will help to pull the hair down so it wont be so poofy also try a smoothing shampoo and cond. use a smoothing silicone product on the hair before you dry that will help smooth it also.
