Ok, so there's this one guy I like, who is like, the perfect guy.
only problem is, we live in differnt cities. I can see him in the sumer when I visit LA where he lives.
I got his cell phone # & I've texted him a little bit, and he's always responded when I text him..
So, what motives would do guys have for texting a girl back?
I mean, Would he text back even if he didn't like her?
Would he respond just cus he was bored and wanted someting to do?
(when I say txt back, I mean like carrying on a conversation, not just "hi. got 2 go. bye" )

At the very least this guy sounds like he is interested. The interest may go no deeper than friendship but it could very easily be a lot more, and probably is.
Suggestion:
Let him have the lead and see where he goes with it. Every guy I know has chased a girl until she caught him. Just don't out distance him, if you get out of sight you might get out of mind as well. We're willing to work but 24/7 is not work, it is slave labor.

I would not waste my time texting a girl I didn't like. E-mailing, maybe. But to text you have to sit there and go through each letter and it's a pain. He must like you.

duhhhh, he wanst to keep in touch, just in case you get back to his city so he has a chance to jump your bones, you know do that mattress dance, use your head, do you really, really think it means anything else?
