This will probably be completely useless to you, but the city of Colman, South Dakota is a terrible speed trap. They have a 35mph speed limit a mile outside of town with nothing but pastures and fields on either side of the road, and if you're going 36 they will stop you. Everyone I knew at college had been pulled over in that town, myself included. Some friends had been pulled over as many as five or six times, and one friend was pulled over multiple times in one day. I was pulled over for going 41 in a 35, but had started to accelerate because the 45mph sign was like 10 yards ahead. I hate that town.

Hudson, Florida. US 19 just before HWY 52. Not completely a trap, there is a 55 MPH zone, then a sign that says reduced speed ahead, and boom it's 45. The sign that warns of reduced speed is visable, but its a 6 lane highway. If you're going 55 it's easy miss it and if you are in the inside lane, forget it. There is a state trooper right passed the 45 MPH sign or he's a half mile down the road writing a ticket. I used to see this day after day last summer. I caught on before I got caught, but I bet he wrote twenty plus tickets a day. Now it's a good place for them to set at night and have a reason to pull someone over looking for that DUI.

Golden Meadow, Louisiana.
Waldo, Florida.
Lawtey, Florida.
All three are small cities who are extremely heavy on the speed enforcement. Interstate 10 going through Madison County, Florida is also heavily enforced.

Morristown, AZ at the US 60, SR 74 junction. Drop you speed to a max of 60. I heard a cop refer to it as the fishing hole once.
