Hi ,You have to know your Creatine level and that you get with a blood test. If you have a Doctor ,have him order a test for you.
Creatine is related to the condition of the heart.So I would watch what I take of this stuff.Good Luck

There aren't different types of Creatine there are just different brands. The one you bought is okay and perfectly fine so don't worry. They all contain the same thing.
