does anyone know where i can order free lab equipment or free lab coats?

I live near a university that has a kind of auction house building for all their leftover items after renovations, whatever. They aren't free, but they are cheap and have stuff like old lab equipment that was replaced when the budget swung in favor of the science department. They have a ton of other stuff too. You might want to see if there is anything like that near you. Also, my mom is involved with a couple different websites that are an online community forum where people post things they want to just plain get rid of or trade. Try googling freecycle and craigslist-they are free sites.
