Cheddar cheese is realllllly fatty. A ton of fat and a ton of calories. just a few pieces has like 400 calories. Cracker Barrel is the best tho. But its really not good for you in large amounts.

I hope not...it's my favorite too.
Actually cheese is more fattening than lite or skim cheese....you are just eating more calories.....but cheese is a food that is not bad for you.

It can raise your bad cholesterol. Foods with animal fats like dairy products (such as ice cream, cheese, etc.) and red meat will raise your cholesterol and clog your arteries which can lead to a heart attack or stroke. It is best to eat fish and poultry rather than red meats and switch to low-fat dairy products (like eating yogurt instead of ice cream).

Actually it is good for you. My doctor recommends a 1 pound block each night before I eat my chocolate cake.

constipation will soon kick in. you may need to eat that cheese with some prunes or prune juice on the side. you can even warm your prune juice in the microwave if it gets real bad. good luck

well, i am not a doctor or anything but i am guessing that it would stop you up....or maybe that is just a myth. the "myth" goes that if you eat a lot of cheese it will make you constipated.
