Yes..it depends on the girl. I'm not materialistic and if a guy was to do something like for example..write a poem and sing it to me..that would be amazing. It shows that he put effort and time into something that he knew would make me happy. Or if he was to take me to see something I've never seen or experienced before. I'd rather have that than a lavish gift any day! It only takes half an hour to go to the store and buy a gift. However, it takes a lot more time to plan, to write, to think up something creative and different. I'm a romantic...It's the Pisces girl in me!

yes, but it's exactly what it means. It's the THOUGHT that counts. so you have to put some kind of thought into it. If you give her something like socks or whatever that obviously didn't have too much thought. Something that means something to you or shows that you were thinking of her or is something that only you two know then I'm sure she'll love it.
