I've had problems with gum recession in the past (last few visits from dentists say I don't have gum problems anymore) but I'm worried a mouthwash will cause further recession

What do you think about these ingredients?

Water
Glycerin
Witch hazel (non-alcoholic)
Aloe vera leaf juice
Poloxamer 335
Spearmint oil
Menthol
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)

It says alcohol-free but I feel a little tingling. Is this bad for my gums?

A LITTLE TINGLING IS NOT BAD.
WHY NOT?
BECAUSE THE TINGLING IS CAUSED BY THE PERCEPTIVE TASTE BUDS WHICH ARE SENSITIVE TO WITCH HAZEL, SPEARMINT OIL, MENTHOL AND ASCORBIC ACID.

NONE OF THESE ARE BAD FOR THE GUMS.

RECESSION IS CAUSED BY IMPROPER BRUSHING (TOO HARD), GRIPPING THE BRUSH TOO FIRMLY OR WITH THE WRONG BRUSH (BRISTLES ARE EITHER MEDIUM OR FIRM) NEITHER OF THESE IS GOOD FOR THE GUMS.
ASK THE DENTIST OR HYGIENIST FOR PROPER BRUSHING TIPS.
