I'M a Christian, I don't drink and don't smoke and i don't think its a good idea to do Marijuana either. I believe Jesus is against any forms of intoxication but that doesn't mean if you are saved that you will loose your salvation. There is nothing you can to do to loose it once you have obtained it. Many Christians do things they should not to do, myself included. Nobody is perfect though we are called to be as perfect as we can be. If you want to be a good Christian witness to your friends then you should not do it.

this would be a no longer a ethical quandary in any respect. What "person extraordinary" are you protesting? once you're a actual Christian, then stay far flung from marijuana altogether, and rules concerning it. i do no longer even think of roughly something to do with drugs of any style or any government rules concerning them. government is an area of the international equipment, no longer the religious. There are different issues in existence that are greater significant. This count number isn't considered one of them.

Medical Marijuana in my personal opinion would be acceptable. But recreational drug use is out of the question. As for Bob Marley he was an imperfect human who made mistakes. We all do it.

Rasta ain't Christian. Preachin' Jehovah is God, but not Christ is Lord isn't enough.

Marijuana was originally used as a medicinal cure for certain conditions, but we have better alternatives now. Also, weed messes with your mind, even before you take it. Even if you don't smoke it, you get the urge. Your mind tells you "one puff won't hurt", and soon enough your an addict livin' off 8% of your brain cells. drugs have a tendency to hit the most important parts of your brain first.

Don't worry, about Mj. Because every little joint, is gunna kill ya mind...

I am confident that YHVH put weed here for a reason. It definitely has medicinal uses. Recreational use of a medicinal plant is innappropriate. The Almighty YHVH created this world very good. Once man sinned, he could no longer meet the requirements of YHVH. Because of His great love for man, He sent His son the Savior. The Savior's name means YHVH is my Savior!--YAHOSHUA! The only way one can have his sins taken care of is to invite the Savior in to carry them. If a person chooses to remain attached to their sins, they will be consumed in the cleansing fire the Almighty will send to cleanse this world so He can make it new! How could the Almighty be more generous?

Personally, I would not normally care; however, a number of people in the church who call themselves Christian, who smoke pot and do drugs, have chosen to take away 11 years of my life and I am absolutely outraged!! I am outraged that entire countries can commit acts of conspiracy, torture, blackmail, sabotage, and so on, without due process and proper human rights and freedoms that everyone is suppose to be granted under countries that are considered above third world country status!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And because of this sick state of affairs, the particular individuals who continue to do this to me will suffer the following fate:

"I pursued my enemies and crushed them; I did not turn back until they were destroyed. I crushed them completely, and they could not rise; they fell beneath my feet. You armed me for strength of battle; you made my adversaries bow at my feet. You made my enemies turn their backs in flight; and I destroyed my foes. They cried for help, but there was no one to save them...!!!

Christians are supposed to obey civil laws (except for when they contradict moral laws). So as reefer is illegal, Chritians should not smoke up.

That being said, if marijuana were legal I see no reason why Christians would not be able to partake. It is less detrimental to one's being than alcohol or tobacco cigarettes.

Smoking is unChristian as it is hazardous to our bodies. Pot is unChristian for those who live in countries where it is illegal as we should always try to follow the laws. My Dad is currently dying of Cancer. His doctor prescribed him Marinol. It is basicly legal pot. Nothing wrong with it. The difference is Marinol is legal and not smoked.

The use of Marijuana for medical reason has nothing to do with Christianity

Well, what if they said for 24 hours, it was not illegal to kill someone or rape someone or rob someone? Would you still do it. I wouldn't because I think that would not make God happy at all.
