I see the advertisement all the time on TV. Is there anything like natural cures?

That book didn't get very good ratings on Amazon.com from the people who actually bought it, so don't waste your money. If you want to know more about natural cures, then do your own homework on the internet. Just Google the ailment, such as "natural cures for depression" in the search box.

I do believe in natural cures for a lot of illnesses and conditions. And some that are not curable can at least be helped in other ways. Also look into detoxifying, essential oils and massage therapy and reflexology. My daughter has recently done the Aqua Detox and I'm very impressed with the results.

There are many good "natural" treatments. The problem with many of the so-called natural cures is that unscrupulous people claim that they can cure conditions and diseases that are NOT curable. Sad.

don't bother with books that promise natural cures for all ailments, for remedies for common illnesses consult the lil old ladies who used the things they had to hand to cure their kids of colds and flu etc. for achy bones use heat pads filled with wheat shoved in a microwave for 3 minutes, for oral thrush gargle with 5 drops of tea tree oil in warm water for a minute or so, till its gone. loads of remedies available without lining someones pocket for a fancy book which wont tell you half of what you want to know. this site advertises a book, but has some useful remedies on it too, check it out.

Many foods you eat can help cure or prevent certain illnesses. Many of them are everyday foods like fruits and veggies. Try looking up what nutrients these foods contain.

I bought this book expecting all the answers to be in it, but mostly it says he can't answer them in the book and directs you to different web sights. I felt like I wasted my money!
