It could be a swollen lymphnode. It's important to massage your breasts regularly to help circulate the lymphatic fluid. Clogged/backedup/swollen lymphnodes have a higher incidence of cancer. Massaging your breasts helps move the fluid around and eliminate blockages. Massaging them regularly will also make you more aware of any lumps that do develop and give you a better chance of catching them early.
Here is a good instructional video on how to do it

Sounds like an infection under the skin or lymph glands that are swollen etc. See your doc if you are feeling a lump under you armpit.

My wife had the same thing. One time, it just went away. But, the other time it got about the size of a golf ball and had to be lanced. Not the most pleasant thing to have. The doctor told her it was a cyst and not at all uncommon. Have it checked. It's probably benign, but don't take any chances with it. If it is serious, it needs to be taken care of right away.

could be bursitis or overuse tendonitis.... a build of of fluid in the bursal sac, inflamation. What yuo need to do is take some ibuprofen and rest it to let the inflamation subside, and then start strength training your shoulders. Like lifting weights etc. even if it's only the crappy 1lb jazzersize ones

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Try out some home remedies. You can also look for information in the web that give you home remedies. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html

Listen to caleb b, could well be an infiltrated axillary lymph node secondary to an infiltrating carcinoma of the breast...this is nothing to leave to chance...see a physician asap to rule out...might save your life...best to be overly cautious than dead!
