Try to remember that they are not rejecting you but the God you represent. And that is there choice. It is still your job to preach the good news of God's Kingdom. I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses and the ministry is something I enjoy. Although door to door work is difficult for me because I have small children, I still enjoy giving a witness in an informal manner whenever possible whether at the grocery store or daycare or picking up my daughter from school or even this website. It gives me alot of joy knowing I may help someone learn the truth of the bible. If you want to know more about what I believe or why I am so happy to share this news.. email me... Stay faithful

personally what I do I sit back stop whatever I'm doing close my eyes and take a deep breath. Everything that I do not have control over has a purpose. Everything has a reason and a purpose. Sometimes we are faced w/ obstacles that we can not jump over but must go through it is those times when you have to have faith in yourself that you will be alright and that everything happens for a reason. God has a plan for us all but we can never find out what it is if we are too afraid to deal w/ reality. When I sit back and take a deep breath I look up at the sky and let sun light hit me and think what a wonderful, beautiful earth God created for us. Seeing birds fly, hearing then chirp its a wonderful thing. As for getting to know Christians in your community. Attend church and speak to the pastor I'm sure there's a welcoming group or something like that. Good luck w/ your search for find a church.

The good results are there whether you see them or not. First of all the Bible says you are saving yourself even if no one listens to you but if they do, you could be saving them as well. When I get discouraged, I do more in God's service. It is amazing how wonderful I feel, the more I do. Also, years go by and people come back into my life because they remember that I helped encourage them and they ask for help to draw closer to God. This is very encouraging for me. Surround yourself with others who also love God and are trying to do his will. Pray more and ask for God's holy spirit. Read your Bible daily and meditate on what you read. You will see good results.

What, you are thinking that you deserve to see the results of what you do this side of Heaven? Your walk is apparently to witness, and that means you say what God puts into your heart, then you go on. The rest is not your responsibility or problem and definately not your glory.

Your discouragement comes from expecting what is not yours to ever have. Get yourself back into the Word, re-learn your value to our Savior and what is valuable to have, then go after those things ... you will stop feeling so discouraged!

Listen to an awesome pastor like Joel Osteen of Joyce Meyers. Also get into the Word and actually read. People rarely respond the first time. But when you talk to them, you are planting a seed. Keep it up.

Use new tactics also. Click the link below for tips.

God Bless

Maybe you have it backwards. You are supposed to live life and do as Jesus said. Carry the pack 10 miles instead of 5 miles. If some older woman can't do things anymore you are supposed to mow her lawn, rake the leaves and trim the hedeges and not for money.

When people inquire why you do these things, that's when you introduce them to Jesus.

Did you think Christianity was something like Psychology, you talk at people to make them better.

The Almighty YHVH created this world very good. Once man sinned, he could no longer meet the requirements of YHVH. Because of His great love for man, He sent His son the Savior. The Savior's name means YHVH is my Savior!--YAHOSHUA! The only way one can have his sins taken care of is to invite the Savior in to carry them. If a person chooses to remain attached to their sins, they will be consumed in the cleansing fire the Almighty will send to cleanse this world so He can make it new! How could the Almighty be more generous? Try to get your understanding in line with scripture! That will increase your peace of mind. When I get discouraged there are about three good friends I have I can call and discuss thiings. They are all sound in the faith, and help cheer me up.

Trust. It may sound lame and but really what is your faith worth if you have no trust that God is doing something, that even though you may not see the results your actions have a purpose. You may never SEE the results, that is when true faith comes to light, when you do something few people do anymore in this world...TRUST.

Deploy the secret weapon of course!! The secret weapon is JOY. You learn to find the JOY in the small things. Learn to ENJOY the challenge. Not every witnessing tactic will work for every person. Sometimes you just let it go and let God shine through you and eventually they know something is just DIFFERENT about you...and they ask you about it!
