**HEY GUYS JUST TO LET YOU KNOW...I'm a vegan. Yeh, I know, why does a vegan need advice on this...

But for all of you that say "Stop Eating Toxins"...you do realise that you lot are ingesting probably the same amount of toxins as I am, if not more. I'm not kidding. It's everywhere, especially in fast food. Processed foods = toxins.

Cheers!

Toxins are in everything, not just food, so even if you stop eating toxins, you're still getting toxins from the air, cleaning products, and almost anything you put on your skin, including sunblock and the laundry detergent that gets left in your clothing .

You can do a toxin cleanse (detox) every couple months or so to get rid of the toxins you don't realize you're injesting. You can get them at gnc or any natural food co-op. Do some research to find the best one for you!

Even if you do a cleanse, it's still best to avoid them in the first place, so eat organic minimally-processed foods and drink plenty of spring water. Also stay away from artificial sweetners (splenda too), high fructose corn syrup or any food made in a lab from chemicals, which is basically anything that's not organic.

You should try the Sacred Heart Cabbage Soup Diet. You can find it or variations of it on the web. Doctors prescribe it for patients who are about to have heart surgery. Not only does it purge the body of toxins, but you will lose about ten pounds in the process.

I read somewhere that you have to make sure you get all your vitamins for the day, drink green tea, and have to same healthy thing for lunch everyday. Slimfast shakes have tons of vitamins and it is a good breakfast. Salad for lunch everyday, that helps your body get used to a routine. Green tea is a great antioxidant and has no calories. They make the Arizona Green tea in powder form now so you can mix it on your own. Good Luck!

Raw foods. No meat, dairy, or sugar. Mainly vegetables, preferably organic. Also try adding herbal tea, such as green tea to your diet. Drink lots of water. Avoid caffiene.

plenty of water, fruits, and vegetables. Cut way back on meat, especially red meat. You can also try a detox program such as Colonix. I've used it and it works great. www.drnatura.com
