just tell him about ur true felling.
first u must start the convieration with him what he like if u have a girle friend and what ur dislike two.
then just licen to him tell he finish. then if he ask u the same question.then its ur time to tell him the characteristic that u like in guy in greneral.
start to tell him that u find the best character in him and try to open ur heart to him.maybe the guy like u 2 but he dosent know if u like him 2. maybe he have some good felling for u and he wait for the best time 2 tell u......

thats really easy! Start to flirt with him but not too obsessively. then get one of your friends to ask him if he likes u. i he does... THEN U SHOULD TOTALLY ASK HIM OUT! but if he doesn't either try to make him like u or move on.
