Personally, as a guy, I like girls that are honest, have a sense of humor, and are fun/have hobbies. A big turn off for me is when I ask a girl what she likes to do in her free time, and she says she doesn't know. I get it all the time, I guess alot of girls just don't have any hobbies or something. I also like girls that I can have intelligent conversations with sometimes, and completely unintelligent conversations with at other times.
I'm complicated I guess.

The answers are wildly different depending on the guy.
It's easier to come up with a list of things that they consistently DISLIKE, and even then there's plenty of variability.
