What can Calfornia do to increase the supply of correctional officers?

California should contract out prison services with private Mexican companies.

The companies could be located in Mexico and would be able to handle all Mexican citizens on a contract basis for the United States.

This would free up space in California prisons which in would in effect increase the supply of correctional officers there.

Make the job more attractive with better salary and benefits.
