I am from a small town in the coal regions of Pa. Going back, many years, each small town had it's own schooling system. Then close to the '70's several small towns joined together to form a district. For a few days, after searching for my particular town school, all I can bring up is the district !! I need to find the yearbook before the district was formed. This seems as tho it should be simple and not sure if I am overlooking something, or just running out of ways to get search results. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Would the school library keep the yearbooks for reference? What about a teacher from the school you might still know of? Put an add in the local paper. Is there a town historical society maybe?
