It's the off season again and I am about to start working out again I want to gain muscle mass and gain muscular strength. What do you recommend me taking and what kind or brand: Creatine?? Protein?? or other supplements??

Pefect Answer:

1.) Gaining muscle mass is a very tedious task and takes a lot of motivation to accomplish this goal.

2.) The best way to gain muscle mass is a healthy diet.

3.) Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, protein from meat products, soy milk, natural nuts and legumes.

4.) Drink lots of water everyday.

5.) Some other good drinks include: V8, Fuse, Gatorade, Iced Teas, and 100% Fruit Juices.

6.) It's all about as much natural intake of healthy foods and liquids to make a body good. With a little bit of patience and proper rest, you should soon be on your way to results.

i only recommend eating protein along with complex carbs and a healthy fat, do this every three hours, five to six times a day. example meal: a grilled chicken breast, sweet potato, and drizzle a tablespoon of flaxseed or olive oil.
you can substitute two of your meals with a protein shake or protein bar. goodluck. oh remember, do not skip any meals, you will lose hard earned muscle.

you dont need any Supplements.. yuo should be getting everything you need from your diet. if you keep eating well and continue ur weight training you gain muscle mass in no time!
