I love to drizzle my food, specially pasta...the type that has a dipped whole garlic in it? I know olive oil is a good substitute for other oils in food...but does that make it good at all or just less evil?

perfectly fine, I've been doing that for decades..much better to do it that way then to cook with olive oil. olive oil is high in unsaturated fats which will help to improve the HDL-C:LDL-C ratio.

Infused olive oil is the best way the enhance flavor, both culinarily and healthwise. I love butter. Compound butter tastes better. Olive oil is the obviously the healthier choice, and tastes really great. It is so much easier to cook with, and use as a condiment....Have you made your own??[tarragon, red pepper flakes, basil, shallotts, anchovies, etc...]
