On tuesday l felt a cold coming on and now l have the flu. l also do have the diarrhea. everytime l try to eat something lt gushes out of me like crazy. these Doctor`s at my local walkin clinic are useless to me. this is making me very cranky and l can`t go anywhere and l can`t even step my foot out the door. any suggestions what l can do would be helpful?

Get some Immodium aka loperimide for the diarrhea. Other than that you just have to let it run it's course.

Try eatting soda crackers with peanut butter. Drink seven-up for the tummy. Lay on your left side for regularity, and get enough sunshine esp if you are living in snow country. Get your humidifyer going and, Nyquil for all else...
