he has done this before. but when he calls he sounds really enthusiastic and like wants to see me. he just doesnt call me. is it ok for me to call him? i've heard that the girl shouldnt call the guy. is he just not interested and being totally fake?

I think he got nervous when the day is finally coming. Some guy are really shy and they need a lot persuasion either from friends or family. If you really like him then it is ok if you call him and ask if he really wants to hang out with you. If he said no then you should warn him not to call you again if he does not mean it. Good luck.

where ever you heard that a girl shouldn't call a guy, they're on crack. trust me i'm a guy. its perfectly okay for you to call him. if he called you first, then you have the right to call back. so when you call back just ask him why he does that . that's all it takes a simple "why are you doing this to me?" and im pretty sure he'll tell you that way you wont be in the dark.

i think you should call him because i know i have done this a few times too....not because i forget or didnt really wanna go out with the gurl....but because when the time came for me to actaully call her i got scared and didnt know what to say......
