The same way you would get rid of any other weight you have gained in your life: eat right, drink lots of water and exercise!!
Get advise on a healthy diet that's right for your lifestyle, start an exercise program and STICK TO IT!!! The toning of the stomach muscles is the only thing that makes a difference if you were pregnant but the rest of it takes a lot of work and sacrificing some tasty things you really love.

Best way is to limit your portions of food, maybe eat 6 small meals a day and exercise at least 45 minutes a day. 30 minutes can keep you in shape, but you have to do more to lose weight. Good luck.

excersise is the key along with a sensible diet i lost 23 kilos this way post baby i am thinner then ever goodluck patience and persistence is the key
