is it okay for me to start liking her again? before i was a really shy guy but now i am more outgoing. She knows i like her before but know she, probably doesnt think i sitll like her. What should i do i am confused and clueless. Should i flirt with her?

If you're more outgoing, then you should tell her! She might think it's sweet that you still like her, it shows that you just don't get tired of girls quick, you know?
Yeah, try talking to her, and giving her some little hints on it. She'll get it, trust me. Us girls just act like we don't so someone else could tell us straight out they like us. lol. :]

Absolutely yes if you still like her. Leave any communication until later, but rekindling your feelings for someone you really like is a great thing to do and shows her that you like her very much even if there has been some distance between you because you were too shy.
You never know where it could lead to, but that is the future and not the present. What matters now is that if your feelings are still there even now, then they are strong enough for you to let her know this by giving her some hints and clues. Hopefully she hasn't changed her mind about you, but I think it is better to try and re-establish the attraction between you when there is a good
chance that you two could become lovers in the long run?. She obviously means something to you if still have a crush on this girl.
I wish I could make my crush fall in love with me as I just know that he is the man for me but he happens to be married already.

Lol. Thats like me again. There was this boy, i had a crush on him and he had a crush on me but we never went out or any thing because one we were only in 1st grade and two i had no idea what that meant. so 6 years later my friend tells me "when ever he trys to think about her, u come out instead of her." so i was stunned but then im like so all these years he liked me? or was it he lost intrest of me then it came back? So i'd say flirt with her if you really want to know if she likes you back then she'll flirt right back. if you do flirt with her, then slip it into a conversation. it'll be harder to notice the first time till you start joking around or something with her. hm, i think you made up this account JUST to ask these questions.. That's what I did too lol. Im having boy troubles that's similar to yours.
I think it's definitely OK for you to start liking her again because now you're more outgoing, and you can tell her how you feel. She might still think she likes you, so yea, flirt with her. you never know what'll happen or what's been going through HER head all these years lol. I think flurting is worthless and useless but you can definatily tell her you like her the worst thing she is gonna do is not like you back then you can just hang and trust me girls always come around when you spend time together as friends or whatever :)
