Most states you get your license taken away for a certain period of time, a fine and/or time in jail/community service.

It would depend on the judge but I know that in Panama City during Spring Break it is a fine and a day of community service.

Can't say for sure in FL, but in MO it's up to $500 and 15 days.

To young to realize that you will get a mark on your record that will kick you in the @ss for the rest of your life, work, insurance, police record, and on and on. Over your lifetime you could buy an extra house at the beach.
