Seriously:
Hard working women, that are somehow marginalized and neglected by society, even though all they do is good works, nursing, teaching.
Less serious:
Blues Brothers, of course.
My first grade recess, when the Nuns would bounce superballs all over the play yard, and my friends & I run and laugh hunting them down.
Lastly I guess would be the movies "Sister Act" (1 & 2)

Nuns are supposed to be holy right? right?

If that is the case why are they braking the Lords first commandment. He commanded man to be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth. But nun says no to Gods first commandment.
