How do you get rid of the fat above your hips..i'm pretty sure the term is lovehandles. If anyone has diet tips or workouts that would be greatly appriciated..

Try to focus on exercise that uses that area and consider reducing your calories while you increase physical activity.

I dance. I mean the hip hop grinding stuff that forces you to learn how to wiggle every part of you. I do this at home mostly :)

Although we have yet to perfect any sort of specific target exercise or way to target fat loss on our bodies... general health and increased fitness will help reduce unwanted fat and pounds.... remember to burn more calories than you consume, drink water to stay hydrated and stay on a plan that works for you with fitness.

Run, it will work out your core muscles and it will help you burn extra pounds. You need to push yourself when you run, and you need to run at least 3 times a week, of course the more you run, the quicker you will see results. Do not push yourself too hard in the beginning.

ive started using the ab lounger ultra and i love it. 139.99 at walmart! and im noticing my waist is dropping, i can tell, and ive only been using it like 3weeks! nothing dramitic, but i can tell!
