Sounds like the flu that has been sweeping the country for the past few months. Be sure to stay hydrated -- Gatorade. If it doesn't resolve in a few days, go to the doctor or the ER.

sounds like the flu, take tylenol and drink a lot of water. If your fever goes above 102.1 or your fever doesn't break within 3-4 days, please see a doctor because it could probably be something bacterial. drink lots of fluid and also chicken noodle soup is the best for the flu. drink gatorade to restore electrolytes and eat light for now. sometimes I tell my patients to go on a brat diet which is bananas, rice, apples, and tea and this helps the stomach settle down a bit and take immodium too and sprite too. please rest.

sounds like the stomach flu to me I have had it three times this year and have it right now again. But be careful that you don't have any peter pan peanut butter with the number 2111 it has poisoning in it

probably food poisoining and seems you may have a bad flu as well !must take in lotsa fluids or youre gonna get dehydrated and stay warm , light foods like soups,breads will help bind the stomach and a lot of rest cause ur gonna get really weak !

Sounds more like infectious diarrhea. Rehydrate your body. Check into a clinic if with persistent fever/vomiting/diarrhea.
