OK, What I do is this:
1. Wash it.
2. Leave in conditioner and put a plastic cap on.
3. Go under a hair dryer for 30 mins.
3. Rinse out conditioner.
4. Put some rollers all over hair
5. Go under the dryer again for 45 mins or until hair is dry.
5. Take rollers out.
5. Blow dry hair, until desired style.
7. Use an hair iron now a then to maintain it like that for a week.
This really works, it makes your hair really straight and it last for up to a week.
THIS WORKS FOR ME, AND IT WORKED FOR MY FRIENDS TOO.
PS Buy some olive oil too, so that it could stay shiny and smooth.

shampoo and condition with a product designed to straighten. with your head upright, hold your hairdryer so that the air blows from the roots toward the ends...toward the floor. DO NOT flip upside down. use a brush to train your hair into a straight style while blowdrying. make sure hair is completely dry, and then touch up with a flat iron where needed. use decent product.

OK its as simple as getting a good hair straightener putting a tiny bit of baby oil (buy from any supermarket stores)rub it in and straighten bit by bit parting half hair up starting from lower half and follow to the top half..use straighten serum (buy from any hairdress salon or supermarkets) for shiny healthy look. It's easier and maximum results and simple steps....

Sunsilk Straighten Up is a great product for straightening hair. You also need a good straightening iron.
