Look for staring, and then looking away. Usually guys will look at what they could have, and when you look at them, they look away, disappointed because they are afraid of rejection. Most important is your body language toward him. If you're interested, let him know. He will open up. If you're not, and you're sure that he's interested in you, tell him. It's best if you tell him the truth.
Also, don't be afraid to let him know how you feel even if you're not sure about his feelings. Some guys like when girls take the initiative.

Yes there are signs. Wanting to be with you all the time. Trying to talk with you a lot. Touching a lot. Looking at you with glazed over eyes from being love sick.

Well, I do not have any experience in dating so.... Don't think I'm crazy. I think you should wait until the guy comes up. Because it would be weird if you asked him if he liked you. My friend asked me to be his Valentine. VERY UNEXPECTED.
