Yes. If she was happy to receive the gift then she probably likes you. Don't give her any false impresions b/c girls don't take that well. Make sure and tell her how you really feel. Shoot for the stars!! =D

You should always take the chance if you like someone! Be aware that she may have liked the gift and either want to or not want to go out, either way, be positive and take the chance!

Of course! Ask her if she wants to do something sometime, suggest a movie or something. Music and Lyrics looks cute, she'd love you for that. Romantic comedies are better than horror movies.
