I have known this man for a long time. He has lived aroundthe world. He has been calling and telling me how much he wants me. He purchased a ticket for me to visit him and I did. It was great. I asked him why and he wrote a note telling me that he has loved me since we were together the first time. He would not lie about time he has spent with other women but for him I am always in him. He said and wrote that he is seriously in love with me and wants to be with me ....but he is not ready and he needs time.
I told him that i did not come to see him because i expected anything. i said that i loved him as well and that he had all the time he needed.
on the day i left he asked when are you coming back. i asked when do you want me to? he said "tomorrow".
i am dazzled, and deeply touched and falling fast and confused. what do you think? how would you react? guys if you said and did these things what would you be saying? Help (and thanks)

This always confuses me. People always wonder what their love interest is thinking. "What does he/she mean by that?" "What is he/she trying to tell me?" ASK him. Ask him, "what exactly do you expect from me?" "If you love me, what is the added time for?" "If we let this relationship start, where do you see us one year from now, 5 years...?" ASK him and please, PLEASE, tell him your feelings.

Be careful, he may be a player. I say that because he needs time? He doesn't want you out dating and finding anyone else so he is keeping you close, but what is he doing? Is he flying other women out to see him.
If he is not willing to commit, then watch out. If he truly loves you, he wouldn't "need time."

sounds like he wants you forever but hes kinda scared of commitment bit when your there his fears fade away so id say if you both love each other stick around and see what happens

Love is blind. But you have to think about it. I know its touching. but, is he using you? Don't jump into conclusions. For me, I'll say...I'll visit you another time. I have things to do.
