I don't want one that has a stiff or chewy caramel center. I just want a really good chocolate candy with a runny, loose caramel center. I tried the Nestle Treasures and it's good, but the enclosing chocolate is way too thick.

Put the candy canes in a food processor to grind them up. if you don't have one, put the canes in a baggie, put it between a folded towel and hit with a rolling pin, a small hammer or tenderizing hammer. Put a cutting board or something underneath the towel that you don't mind dinging up a little to protect your counter or table. Use about 4 or 5 medium sized candy canes for a pound of chocolate. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler. Now for the executive decision: 1. mix all the candy cane pieces in with the white chocolate and then pour into a wax paper lined cookie sheet or, 2. strain the candy pieces, put the small bits into the white chocolate, pour into the wax lined cookie sheet and then put the big chunks on top or, 3. pour the white chocolate into the wax lined cookie sheet an sprinkle everything on top You can also add some M&M's or other chocolate or crushed oreos or anything you think would taste good. Let it cool until hard. Break into pieces then eat.

I would have to say the Caramello bar and the chocolate is way better than Nestle Treasures and it is more affordable than Godiva.

Two chocolates come to mind: hersheys carmel kisses - this one should come with a warning label.........
Ghiardeli has a dark chocolate with a soft carmel filling - but don't miss out on the rasberry one as well. Don't forget those all important anti-oxidents!!!!

my husband got me Dove chocolates for Valentines and the caramel ones were awesome, they were even a dark chocolate. I just flat out love Dove chocolates, dove is the best.

Hershey's with caramel!
They make the regular bars and kisses. And the caramel is super creamy... my mouth is watering!!!
