besides Slim Fast that works the same way but tastes better?

Sure there is. But I think Slim Fast tastes good. However I have found that the Kirkland brand diet drink found at Costco tastes better than slim fast. It is also chocolate and has the same sort of "effect" Or you could make your own health shake with fresh products or even go to a Jamba Juice or another Juicing company and look on their menu. They will almost always have a shake for a health aware customer.

Slim fast is just calories in a can with a few vitamins added. Water, fresh fruits and veggies is the best way to go. Water will hydrate and flush out toxins and fresh fruit and vegtables are what your body needs. Slim fast is okay for a snack, but I actually gained weight while using it. Using moderation in everything, a diet of healthy foods, along with exercise is a life style that can add years to your life.

My Sister swears by the Carnation Instant Breakfast powder packets you get at the grocery store. They taste good but, I don't know the nutritional info.
