I found this website;
http://www.fixedearth.com/
And I started to laugh when reading it. Clearly the person was making a joke! Poking fun at the ignorance of certain others, right?
Seems not. Seems this person is serious. Worse, there are others who actually believe this crap.
How could the education system fail them so badly?
(For those of you who don't want to click the link for whatever reason, let me give you a quote from the website, and no, I'm not making this up;
"The Bible and all real evidence confirms that this is precisely what He did, and indeed:
The Earth is not rotating...nor is it going around the sun.
The universe is not one ten trillionth the size we are told.
Today’s cosmology fulfills an anti-Bible religious plan disguised as "science".
The whole scheme from Copernicanism to Big Bangism is a factless lie.
Those lies have planted the Truth-killing virus of evolutionism
in every aspect of man’s "knowledge" about the Universe, the
Earth, and Himself."

Yes you read that right. The earth is NOT moving according to these brainless morons.
*shakes head* and it gets better if you can believe it. Just check out the website and see for yourself. I cannot do it justice.

Hey, I personally know someone who believes Earth is the center of the universe and that the stars are " actually very small and close" and orbit the Earth, yes this also includes the Sun. I was so shocked when I heard this, I didn't know what to say...

The Dallas Morning News reported on the Texas House Resolution. Warren Chisum, head of the Appropriations Committee, actually referred to the website as he introduced the legislation, claiming evolution, the Big Bang and Newtonian orbital mechanics are a Pharisee plot. It is truly amazing. Molly Ivins, we miss you!

Eh...I've heard wackier claims. Some people just make things up because they don't want to believe the truth. It happens in every avenue of life including religion & horrific events. That's why conspiracy theories are always made up. People just want to think they're smarter than the average bear and thought something up that contradicts what has been told to the majority of the human race.

Believe it or not, they not alone. There is a group of people who call themselves The Flat Earth Society that clearly shares their views.
Some people are truly moronic.

Prank!
I read the html source code and there is nothing there to link it to any credible source. Not even the usual description describing the type of html used.
So I say it is a prank!
