Martin Luther founded the Lutheran and Protestant movements. Does that help?

John Calvin comes to my mind. Although guys like John Knox, Zwingli, William Farel and Theodore Beza.

I do not consider Martin Luther the leader of the reform(ed) movement because he was not Reformed in his theology. He was the head of the Evangelical movement, later called Lutheran.

I guess you mean the Reformation.
Leaders:
In Germany, Martin Luther
In Zurich, Switzerland, Ulrich Zwingli
In Geneva, Switzerland, John Calvin
a little later, in Scotland, John Knox
Then the more radical reformation (anabaptist movement) Menno Simmons
