Maybe you should try getting a deodorant with natural ingredients, you can get these at Whole Foods or any other health store. Also, try depilatory cream instead of shaving. Give your underarms a little time to heal the irritation (red bumps) let the hair grow a little before you use the cream. I know, this does not sound very attractive, but it might help.

To stop the stubble and the red little bumps i would consider waxing or now a days u can get some cream that u can put on and wash off in 10 Min's and pulls out all ur hairs..try avoid putting perfume under ur armpits if u do also shaving isn't really all that good only for emergence's because it grows back the next day and each time u shave the hairs come back thicker and more hair i really would consider waxing or using the cream...good luck...

Start waxing or using a depillatory cream, buy a product called "Tend Skin",sold at beauty supply stores and some spas or salons-it will help with the red bumps, which are more than likely ingrown hairs. If you stay on a steady waxing regime with a professional,it shoul dclear up.
Good Luck!!

Shave less often. If you shave with a blade, do not shave against the grain and apply the shaving cream only after a hot soak. If you shave with an electric razor, do not rub and shave before bathing. Accept a little stubble. Use a moisturizing cream after showering. Make sure your deodorant (or anti-perspirant) are mild.

are you shaving every day and creating irritation? Try having them waxed instead as this will reduce irritation. Also, try changing your deodorant as this can irritate freshly shaved skin. You could also try a depilatory cream like Veet for sensitive skin. Good luck.

i think waxing maybe the best way to prevent this. i used to get a red rash or bumps in my armpits from the irritation from shaving, so i wax which has stopped the red bumps.

that would probably be razor burn, especially if they itch. it takes a while for it to go away, but wash them good. and when you shave, use a cheap shaving cream and make sure the razors are sharp- and clean. also, dont shave them everyday, shave once every two or three days. hope this helped!
