I sort of feel sorry for you. It just sounds like you have a chip on your shoulder for some reason. I'm certain it's not going to help you by trying to convince people the Mormon faith is false. Religion is faith based and individual. All relgions, especially western, cannot be proved by factual evidence or lack thereof, because they rely on faith; just like you can't prove God exists. Each person must come to terms with their own spirituality and become secure in their skin and beliefs.

That being said, and having faith, God does answer prayers. If someone received wisdom from God, which is what all Christians should do, we should respect them and let them live as they will. I have sought wisdom from God and gratefully have been enlightened by Him. I hope you too can find your self in God. Good luck.

congratulations on recognizing the truth. It didn't take me that long to figure that the LDS church was not a true one.
If you want further information, have a look at the web site bornagainmormon.com. There are some interesting programs on there and he pretty much has the truth that the LDS are missing!

In response to here & now, why do you call Mormonism a cult? A cult is a group with stupid and untrue beliefs about the universe and a religion is a large group with stupid and untrue beliefs about the universe. You are most likely a protestant, so calling Mormonism a cult is stupid, because the Catholics probably call you a cult, y'know, maybe because they INVENTED THE RELIGION OF CHRISTIANITY? I bet that if you lived 80 years ago you would be the type of person who would be more than glad to join the KKK.

You are trying to set an adverse standard to Mormonism--an uneducated bigot having never experienced or built upon a testimony of the truth as revealed to you.

My condolences.
