Some can lose 30lbs in two weeks, but only on a certain and extreme diet. I have lost 30lbs in two weeks on the Atkins diet and it is a safe and healthy diet. You have to do your research and take in the facts of your body. Not every person loses the same. Such as, men tend to lose faster and more than women do because women are designed to have fat for when they not only get pregnant and give birth, but for after the fact as well. So, it is harder for us to lose and some women may find it easier than another woman. But all in all, you can lose 30lbs in two weeks... and I know this to be fact because I did such a thing with the Atkins diet. I have epilepsy as well, which my being on this diet help prevent seizures. So, don't forget to take into account what your body is telling you and what you may or may not have.

To lose 30 pounds in 2 weeks you would have to cut off your legs. Not possible and not safe to try.

There is no way to lose 30lbs safely in 2 weeks. Please don't try this, it really concerns me. Get on a good diet and exercise program and lose the weight gradually. I know it's tough to wait but it's the best way for your body to keep it off and for you to feel your best while losing weight. Best of luck :-)
Also, like Mary said, a cleanse is a good way to get harmful toxins out of your body. Do some research, find a good one, and follow the instructions very closely.

Not a chance... it is both impossible outside of surgery and unhealthy to lose that much weight that fast. I've lost 23#'s since January 1, 2007through improved diet, exercise and less soda if that gives any indication as to how lon it would take naturally. I probably have a slower metabolism because of my frame.... 6'2" and now 252#'s

nope will not hapen... unless you starve yourself but not much later you will gain it back. Experts say losing 4 lbs. a week is a fast paced diet so 30 lbs. is out of the question.

It's probably inadvisable, even if it's possible (sorry).
If you're trying to look good for a major life event, try a combination of proper hydration (6-8 cups of water per day), strength training and aerobics.

Eat nothing. Water only. I did it once. It was not by choice. I went three weeks. Went from 150 down to 110. I was 15 yrs. old. After three or four days it is not too bad. Caution!!! If you do it do not pig out after your fast. If you do you will get sicker than you care to.
As I said it was not by choice. However I look back on it as a good experience.
