I like to blend fruit like berries and bananas and yogurt into fruit smoothies. Is it healthier to drink fruit into smoothies, or to eat solid fruit? Or does it not matter?

Solid fruit! It takes longer to consume a solid piece of fruit; it is likely that you will consume fewer calories. It is easier to eat more in liquid form - more calories. Often, people add sweets to smoothies in addition to all the fruit; this can add fat, calories and sugar (not healthy!).

If you mean healthier is your need for more calories drink the smoothies. If you want less calories use straight fruit.
I think they are both healthy overall.

Solid fruit. I think that because yogurt has fat and even if it's fat-free it still has calories.

whole fruit would keep most satisfied longer which will decrease the odds of overeating...
