When I looked for a guy to marry and raise a family with, I looked for a guy who had a good stable family background, who had been raised to respect women, who shared my values and beliefs, who HAD A JOB AND HAD KEPT IT FOR OVER A YEAR, who was a nonsmoker, and who did not drink. The reasons being...I was raised in a family that moved CONSTANTLY, so I wanted stability, my sisters had both made bad marriages w/abusive spouses, I am old fashioned and have oldfashioned values, my dad was self employed and constantly out of work, he smoked (died this past year of lung cancer)...didn't want to live with the smell of smoke on everything I own, my dad drank and I vowed not to marry a drinker. I found all of these and more in my hubby of 26 years and the fact that he is a hunk didn't hurt at all! He's been a wonderful husband and father.

I love smart guys who are aware of the world around them. I also like guys who have a good sense of humor. The guy doesn't need to be Chris Rock funny, but just playful. He also needs to be youthful, and care about his appearance. He doesn't have to look better than me (not hard to do, either;) but he needs to try to look good.

Physically, I LOOOVE green eyes, and a beautiful smile. Blond or brown hair is nice.

I like a guy who enjoys his work and is committed to a career. Having passion is more important than having $. Speaking of passion, that needs to be there, too, in the romance department.

I also like optimistic, life-loving people who love new experiences. They also need to give me space and freedom, not need too much together time all the time.

Is this too much to ask???? :)

Well I am 25 and have no kids. I am single by choice. I like a man who is mentally and financially stable like me. A decent man who is mature for his age.

What I like in a man is respect, trust, honesty, great sense of humor, career- oriented, God-fearing, romantic, lives with integrity, kind, nice, educated, understanding, and will be there for me no matter what. The reason why I chose those things because; I'm all those things and I would like to find somebody who is compatibility to those things.
