my recycle bin has a problem, it does not work?

I got two hard drives in my computer. the C: drive and D: drive, the problem is when I delete anything in any size from the C drive. It doesn't go to my recycle bin. but the D drive is work good. i have already try the follow steps: go to properties for recycle bin and UNCHECK "Do not move files to the recycle bin" and CHECK"Display delete confirmation dialog" however the c drive still not working. please help me out THANK YOU

just click on it and drag it to the bin in ur desktop.

it just might work!
