I don't know about healthy or good but I like a soup my Mom used to make. Ground beef potatoes, carrots. maybe some onion and a little garlic salt. Season to your liking and just go for it.

How about some ground beef and a package of beef ricearoni?

Or ground beef and some potatoes either fried or baked in the oven with whatever your favorite veggies are.

Ground beef tacos can be made with plenty of veggies and whole wheat tortillas.

I would also recomend stuffed peppers.

You can also make a meat loaf. Even hambrugers can be made healthier with lean ground beef, some veggies on top and a whole wheat roll.

You can even make lasangna with whole wheat pasta and ground beef in the sauce.

Ground beef isn't the best meat for you, so try to compliment it with lots of vegetables or a salad and whole grains.
