she tore her right shoulder cup. When she was lifting a patient's head to place a pillow under it he snapped his head back really hard and then the work people send her to their clinic and they just told her is was just a sprain and they sent her back to work but she said the pain was to much and that its more than a sprain so she went to her own Dr. and they did MRI and saw torn shoulder cup and so she had surgery she had surgery 2wice on her rite shoulder and since she used her left arm so much a cist began to grow in that shoulder so she had to get surgery on that one also.

Muscles can have knots (trigger points) that make them tight which in turn put pressure on nerves and other things causing pain.
Molasses - a couple of swigs or Bananas 1 or 2 - both contain magnesium and potassium for muscles.
Try working with the principles taught in The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
I use a chiropractor (ultrasound helps shrink the damage) and massage therapist with it - DO NOT hit a physical therapist first they try to force rather than relax the muscle

Has she tried acupuncture?
