ok gotta add ther eis a web site called my free implants you don't get free implants so to speak you get sponsers and they pay to have your surgery done at your local place not mail oder breasts or anything

i agree. i would so NOT do that, who knows what you're getting yourself into? what are u gonna do if u get an infection??? consider all of these things, that is not a good idea...

I think if a woman wants implants fine, but it's going to far when you have random strangers sponsoring some woman's boob job and then expecting something in return. How desparate are these women. They need to have a bit of self respect.
