I do not know where i need to go online where i can file a 2005 state tax return when i did not complete one in the time alloted for 2005.

You can upload the forms from www.oktax.state.ok.us/itforms--something like that or enter the search terms "Oklahoma state income tax forms". If you don't owe them any money, don't worry about it, just file your forms and get your refund. Even if you owe, you may owe a little penalty, but it's better to deal with it.

File the PAPER returns ASAP! You can get forms on the IRS & OK websites. You will be charged interest on any tax due and there will be a late filing penalty.

Don't listen to the person that sid to file an amended return. That's to correct a return that was already filed, not a new one.

You will need to do what is called an amended return. You might be charged a little interest,but if the state owed you enough you still might get some back. The thing with not filing is that it can and might come back to haunt you in a few years and then interest and penalties would be much higher. I suggest going to a place like H&R block and have a talk with them.

You'll probably have to file on paper and mail it in to OK if it's late.

you will have to get a paper version and mail it in...efiling is not an option with late.
