What do I do about my weenie dog wanting to hump everything?

I know males don't go into heat, but this is crazy! He wants to hump our feet, our arms when we are lying down, anything he can get to. Should I get him a stuffed animal like in the movie 'Click' that he can romance, or what?! I'd appreciate any serious advice.

It's not about sex, it's about domination. Young dogs often display this type of behaviour, it's really nothing to worry about, but let him know it's not okay to do it to you.
