Use a TUCKS pad, and sit on a nice cool ice pack. The coolness should relax some of the blood vessels. If your hemmorhoids are severe or constant, you can have them surgically removed.

To ease them, break open a vitamin E capsule. Really works. To get rid of them permanently, the colon & rectal doc can laser them in 5-10 minutes in his office and they'll never bother you again.

There are over the counter creams at the drugstore. Also, don't strain or push when you have a bowel movement.

You shoudl use a stool softener [or a fiber supplement]
i heard eptomic [i dont know the word. something like eptomic or epotomic salt]
eptomic salt works. i dont know though. you should have them lasered. another procedure, is the doctor ties them off and they die and fall off.
