Well stupid me, I seen a Cop parked in a parking lot and kinda stared wondering why there was a cop in that weird place.
So, I continued and made my left turn then yeah the cop was now behind me with lights blazing.
She starts by saying mind telling me why you blew that stop sign?
I tell her I didn't blow any stop signs (I think she already called me guilty)
She takes my ID and Registration and comes back in like 5 minutes with a warning that now says disregarding stop sign and calling rolling a stop sign now. giving that piece of paper to me and pointing the back end of her flash light at my face and starts to walk away. I say "I didn't role any stop signs" So she comes back screaming your lucky I don't give you a ticket. Then she starts screaming you think I pull people over for my health(Pointing the back of the flashlight at my face again) "DO YOU WANT A CITATION."
I didn't say anything after that. I took my warning, after now being threated by a the flashlight and tickets.

saying your innocent when the cop says your guilty is not back talking if she wants to do that she is breaking my constitutional rights by taking away innocents until guilt was proven, and by me saying I did not blow a stop sign i did not admit to guilt so thus she could not give me the ticket and if she did i would have to sign to prove guilt

I didn't come here to get chastised by cops that justify their fellow cops actions whether they be right or wrong!
I came here to figure out what my rights were. Unfortunately, this has proven that people have no rights. Cops will abuse their power, and when they do another cop will be there to say thats standard procedure.
To me that warning is her way of saying I have power now look you have no way to stop me from using it. (maybe next time she will just kill someone and it will be OK because she is a cop).
I stopped 100% completely at that stop sign looked both ways and went on my merry way!!!
If there was a superman that threw babies off the roof of tall buildings would someone say its OK he's there to help when other people start crying for it? Who would police him when he does wrong?

Your rights do not include a conversation with the officer on the side of the road. When you are stopped for a traffic offense, you are technically under arrest. You have the right to have the officer identify themselves and what you were stopped for (violation). There is no further discussion the officer is required to have with you, they need not open their mouth again until it is time to explain the citation. You of course can talk all you like, but the officer is under no obligation to respond.
The place to argue a violation is court not on the side of the road. Once the warning was written it was more than likely because the officer felt you were a decent person with no history of driving offenses and they decided to cut you a break. Once you started arguing, as you feel is your right, I would have allowed you the opportunity to express those rights in a court of law. I would have quietly written you a ticket, had you sign it, then saw you in court. At that point you would be free to discuss the violation at your leisure. Where my tape of my dashcam would be presented and you would have been most likely found guilty. A nice fat fine and court fee would have been given and the ticket would have cost you money in insurance costs for about 2 years.
Of course a warning means you go on your merry way without anything further. If you feel the officer was rude, then complain through the proper channels at the officer's department. If a video is available then it will be scrutinized. If you were right, then the officer would be punished. If wrong you could be issued a citation for the violation.
In either case you were given a break. You do not have the right to argue the point on the side of the road, that is not written anywhere in any laws you can find. You were wrong and maybe the officer was too. I wasn't there nor do I know her side, but from what you have said - you were wrong regardless of what you think is right.

sounds like she was having a bad day. Best to keep your mouth shut with cops. The court will not rule in your favor. The only time i ever had luck with that kind of stuff was when I knew . One scenario. Cop ticketed me for peeling out, whipping the back end of my car back and forth - plymouth horizon.. front wheel drive - end of story. The other was cop pulled me over for getting into the left turn lane while there was still a double yellow which you can be in that lane but only for 100 feet which I articulated to him. I guess you can't pass any cars while getting into the lane...beside the point. You got off OK with a warning no big deal. Remember John Meloncamps song I fight authority... wish he wasnt such an ...

ok first off...She didn't call you guilty when she asked you to explain why you ran the stop sign. It's procedure. They're supposed to ask you for justification for your illegal action. The flashlight thing....be real! She didn't hit you with it nor was she going to. Had it been day time she would've been explain/talking with her hands not the flashlight. You're lucky she didn't cite you! I would've. Where I am from we have up to one year to issue a traffic citation for an offense that we have seen. Let this be a lesson to you #1 Don't run stop signs or roll them #2 Don't talk back to the officer after they're nice to you and let you off with a break. Why is it that people like you are the ones to complain the most about crap like this and then when you need us you come crying and begging for help? Please!

You have the right to remain silent especially when you get a break!
Even if you did not FULLY stop, she could have given you a ticket which would have cost you time and money to fight.
What is weird about a police car in a parking lot?

If you can't watch your mouth, you will have the right to remain silent. What you did was idiotic and could have got you hurt or arrested. She didn't threaten you, she reminded you how lucky you are she didn't cite you. By staring at her, you created probable cause to detain you, I assume you had an attitude. Which is consided threatening behavior. She then had the right to use her flashlight as a weapon (she got you to back down didn't she?) So, suck it up and stop being a punk. Try walking a mile in her shoes. I did and now I have 3 bullets in my abdomen, a crippled partner, and a dead sergeant.
Use your brain little one, you got off lucky

Let me see you were acting suspsious, you talked back to the police officer ( really stupid thing to do) you are really lucky she did not just write you a ticket, most would have to teach you a lesson.
Your rights are to stay quiet and end it.

Some of these new cops are so soft. I would have given you the ticket and, after you mouthed off, found another violation to cite you for.
