Sounds like the chances are increasing. Question her about it...sounds to coincidental to me.

Hard to say..and terrible if was proved BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT that your sister was behind this crime. Chances are high since the names sound and look almost the same. However in court;the law would have to she committed the crime by fingerprints, ballistics tests etc...based on your post alone; a good criminal defense attorney would rip to shreds since it is circumstantial evidence.

Just from what you have said here, I would say she is suspect in the very least. BUT I would also talk with the cops doing the investigation and take it from there. Just be sure how far you want to go with this, just in case she is involved. Good Luck, and truthfully I hope she isn't involved as this could ruin things for life.

dont make assumptions till the police are done investigating.. thats your best bet.
if your sister, unless having severe financial problems, wanted to get back at you for some personal reason...
i doubt she would rob your store at gun point...
the motive that would make one think of robbing a store doesnt really make sense for a personal issue....
but who knows.
whered the laptop come from? was the robber instant messaging his/her friends with the laptop while robbing you at gunpoint, then he/she dropped it without realizing it when oppening the door or something?
where the heck did the cigarette lighter come from?
.. it was prolly irrelevant trash...
doesnt really make sense.. but then again robbery at gun-point doesnt really make sense...
so who knows. dont start pointing fingures yet tho...
