Well I'm really skinny i only weigh like 87 pounds. My sister who is two years younger than me is 83 pds. I really need to gain some weight but i eat and eat but nothing happens. How can i gain weight?

sounds like you have a fast metabolism!

umm... don't load yourself with unhealthy stuff. it'll hurt your health.

try eating dense foods like peanutbutter, brown rice, whole grain bread, and raisins, 100% fruit juice. (just to name a few) eat veggies that have more substance than lettuce, like potatoes, carrots, and peas. cook oatmeal with milk rather than water.... get quality protein

since you probably get full faster, eat little increments every couple hours.

you should also think about doing some weight training. ti'll give you muscle and more definitiion. it'll be weight through muscle, not fat.

go to the website for more info. and talk to your doctor about thyroid problems if your weight really won't come on.

Snack every 3 hours with a protein shake.Work your bod hard at every opportunity to keep your metabolism at peek eficientcy while adjusting to new routine of dining.

i think you i eating but you need water weigh not fat, you need to gain water weigh so i suggest you eat lots of food that consume water and drink lots of fluid.like grren leaves, lettuce, tomatoes,cabbage,etc.

eat whatever you want to,eat more than what you usually do,just dont eat unhealthy like pure fat,just eat more than what you normally eat.also before you go to bed,eat something.
